Through one-on-one coaching and group development, Jodie equips leaders with the emotional intelligence, communication skills, and practical tools needed to build trust, strengthen accountability, and foster engagement. For the past several years, Jodie has worked with Chick-fil-A Owners/Operators and their leadership teams across the country, helping them develop leaders, strengthen culture, and cultivate high-performing teams. She also holds a degree in Counseling from Moody Bible Institute and is a certified facilitator of The Leadership Challenge®, EQi® 2.0, and The 6 Types of Working Genius®.
Jodie lives in Winter Garden, Florida with her husband and their three children.
